Track lengths fit together with an integral snap fitting, have integral floor fixing brackets and are available in a variety of lengths. Access to power is provided along the length of the track by simply plugging tap-off units into shuttered tap-off outlets. These tap-offs feed all types of conventional floor service devices, such as floor boxes, node boxes, or can pass through a grommet, directly to the workstation system.

Present day installations have become more demanding and recent additions to the Electrak range include such features as low noise installations (dual earth) and connections for high density computer workstation facilities.

A system with dual neutral conductors and an external copper earth bar, is also available.
